Jonathan Flachman

Jonathan brings 25 years of experience within a wide array of organizations, from small start-ups to multi-national, Fortune 500 companies.  He has led projects in many functional areas including product development, operations, supply chain, logistics, regulatory, clinical affairs, and quality systems with a particular passion for projects that involve both IT infrastructure and large, cross-functional business process changes.

Jonathan is recognized as a leader who can step into a challenging role, sort out the critical elements and get momentum established quickly.  He develops a network that crosses functional and organizational boundaries to identify impacts, challenges, and potential solutions. He works equally well as an interim functional leader or a matrixed project manager.  In both roles he works with resources in place, peers and other leaders to understand the critical needs for change as well as reinforcing those items that are already working well.

Jonathan has a BS degree from the University of Minnesota and a MS degree from the University of California, Berkeley, both in Mechanical Engineering.
